"Received confirmation text on morning of pick up. Matt our driver called on arrival and was prompt & friendly. Vehicle was clean & modern. Received confirmation text for return pick up too.Overall Matt was excellent.
Just one comment, I had emailed previously to advise pick up address had been auto generated from postcode so was not my exact address. I requested confirmation for pick up 1 month in advance and heard nothing. I subsequently left a voicemail message about 2 weeks before pick up and again on the day.Neither of which were responded to. 5 stars for Matt our driver and 4 for the company."
