"Our plane landed early, the airport was very quiet and I gave a pick up time that was an hour after our plane actually landed (this was far, far in excess of what was required). The arrivals area is now very small and no-one is allowed to wait there due to Covid restrictions. There was a message on my phone from the driver, but I didn't see it until I exited the airport. I called the driver and he arrived within 3 minutes at the pick up area. It was easy, and given all the Covid restrictions, and the fact it was raining, it was the best solution for us to have the shortest walk to the car. "
